Refund policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders placed through our website cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
Two separate orders cannot be combined into a single shipment.
Orders will be processed strictly as per the invoice details.
Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only for lost or damaged orders.
Refunds will be processed:
Using the same payment method used for placing the order.
Within five (5) business days of approval.
Payment gateway/processing charges will be deducted during the refund.
2. Replacements
Replacements will be considered within 5 business days from the date of delivery, only under the following conditions:
If the product(s) were damaged at the time of delivery.
If you received a wrong product.

3. Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 working days.
If an item is out of stock, the order will be dispatched once the item is restocked.
For delays beyond 10 days, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement or alternative.
Note: Any delay in delivery by the courier service is beyond our control. We will, however, assist in resolving such issues to the best of our ability.
4. International Shipments
Our responsibility ends once the order is handed over to the courier company.
Delays due to customs clearance or local regulations are not our liability.
Any import duties or additional charges applicable at the destination country are the responsibility of the buye
