Refund policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders placed through our website cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

  • Two separate orders cannot be combined into a single shipment.

  • Orders will be processed strictly as per the invoice details.

Refunds:
  • Refunds are applicable only for lost or damaged orders.

  • Refunds will be processed:

    • Using the same payment method used for placing the order.

    • Within five (5) business days of approval.

  • Payment gateway/processing charges will be deducted during the refund.

2. Replacements

Replacements will be considered within 5 business days from the date of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • If the product(s) were damaged at the time of delivery.

  • If you received a wrong product.

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 working days.

  • If an item is out of stock, the order will be dispatched once the item is restocked.

  • For delays beyond 10 days, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement or alternative.

Note: Any delay in delivery by the courier service is beyond our control. We will, however, assist in resolving such issues to the best of our ability.

4. International Shipments

    • Our responsibility ends once the order is handed over to the courier company.

    • Delays due to customs clearance or local regulations are not our liability.

    • Any import duties or additional charges applicable at the destination country are the responsibility of the buye
